Water, Alcohol Denat, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Amodimethicone, Trideceth-12, Cetrimonium Chloride, Silicone Quarternium-16, Undeceth-11, Butyloctanol, Undeceth-5, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hexylene Glycol, Phytantriol
Directions
Dry Coat: Fully saturate the effected area. Gently massage Ice on Ice Ultra into the mat with your fingers. Let product absorb into the coat for 1-2 minutes. Brush through and continue styling as usual.
