TK9’s What The Fluff creates volume from root to tip!  It will lift, separate and distinguish limp, lackluster hair while enhancing it’s manageability.

Directions Ready To Use: Apply generously to a clean damp coat working from root to tip and blow dry and style as desired.   Looks best with continued use and will not soften coat.
