- Packaging, labels, ingredients, colors, and product designs may be changed by a manufacturer without advance notice.
- Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
- Product measurements and weights may be approximate.
- Natural products, treats, antlers, and similar merchandise may vary in size, color, shape, texture, and appearance.
- Product photographs are provided for general reference and may not show the exact item received.
We reserve the right to correct product information, descriptions, photographs, prices, or availability at any time.

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their animals, equipment, facilities, and intended use.

- Promotional pricing applies only to eligible in-stock merchandise while supplies last.
- Out-of-stock merchandise does not qualify for rainchecks or expired promotional pricing.
- Coupon use may be limited by customer, household, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment method, or account.
- We may cancel a discount obtained through misuse, duplication, technical error, or violation of the promotion’s terms.
We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.
11. Pro Pricing Accounts
Professional pricing is available only to qualified pet-industry businesses and professionals approved by Total K9 Connection.
We may request documentation such as:
- A business license.
- Tax identification information.
- A resale certificate.
- A business website or social-media page.
- Other reasonable proof of active professional status.
Approval is not automatic and may be denied or revoked if eligibility requirements are not met.
Customers must be logged into an approved Pro Pricing account before completing checkout to receive professional pricing.
If an order is placed at retail pricing:
- Contact us immediately if the order has not shipped. We may be able to cancel it so it can be placed again under the approved account.
- Once an order has shipped, retroactive Pro Pricing refunds or credits will not be issued.
Pro Pricing may not be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.
12. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to eligible United States addresses using carriers that may include UPS and USPS. We may select the carrier and service based on the order, destination, package size, product type, and delivery requirements.
Orders containing in-stock merchandise that are received before our stated cutoff time will typically be processed promptly. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Orders may be delayed because of:
- Weather.
- Carrier disruptions.
- Holidays or weekends.
- Inventory discrepancies.
- Payment verification.
- Incorrect addresses.
- High order volume.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
If we learn that we cannot ship within a time we expressly promised, or within the period otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide notice and any required options regarding the delay or refund.
Large orders may arrive in multiple packages, through different carriers, or on different days.
13. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review the address carefully before submitting an order. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be:

- Reshipped.
- Corrected by the carrier.
- Returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
- Returned as undeliverable, vacant, refused, or unclaimed.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

- Contact the carrier to request delivery details or begin an investigation.
- Contact Total K9 Connection so we can provide available shipment information and reasonable assistance.
Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied with the order, Total K9 Connection may not be responsible for theft or disappearance occurring after delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Damaged Shipments and Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item.
Do not discard the product, shipping box, labels, packaging, or damaged materials until the matter has been resolved.
We may require clear photographs showing:
- All sides of the exterior package.
- The shipping label.
- Interior packaging.
- The damaged product.
- Any leakage, breakage, or missing contents.
These materials may be necessary to determine the appropriate resolution or file a carrier claim.
Failure to preserve the packaging or provide requested documentation may affect our ability to process a damage claim.
16. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our published Refunds and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in that policy:
- A Return Authorization number is required before merchandise is sent back.
- Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, free from odors, and in sellable condition.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return-shipping expenses unless the return is caused by our error or otherwise required by law.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
- Certain hygiene, safety, consumable, opened, used, special-order, and final-sale products cannot be returned.
- Products damaged during return shipping may not qualify for a refund or store credit.

17. Final-Sale and Non-Returnable Products
Products identified as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, are incorrect, contain a verified manufacturer defect, or applicable law requires another remedy.
Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene, health, safety, sanitary, customization, or product-integrity reasons.
The K9 Bathing Spa is final sale except in the case of a qualifying manufacturer defect.

18. Manufacturer Warranties
Some tools, dryers, clippers, equipment, and other products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty eligibility, duration, exclusions, repair procedures, replacement decisions, and shipping responsibilities are determined by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
The manufacturer may be the primary contact for warranty claims. Total K9 Connection will provide reasonable assistance in locating warranty information but does not independently expand or replace a manufacturer’s warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, normal wear, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions may not be covered.
19. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders.
Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that an order is ready before attempting pickup. Pickup instructions, location details, access information, and availability may be provided by text, email, or telephone.
Orders are not guaranteed to be available immediately after checkout.
Customers are responsible for collecting orders within a reasonable time after receiving notification.
20. Gift Certificates and Store Credit
Gift certificates and store credits:
- Have no cash value except where required by law.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- May not be used to purchase another gift certificate unless expressly allowed.
- Must be protected like cash.
- May be subject to additional terms displayed at purchase or issuance.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift certificate or store credit after it has been delivered to the intended recipient, except as required by law.
